Where I live we don't have a Whole Foods or a Trader Joe's :( but we do have an Earth Fare that is about a 30 min drive away so whenever I'm in that area I make sure to stop in but I mostly do my shopping at Fresh Market, Publix, Kroger or Super Target. Publix has the best produce!
H is for Hot Beverages: What is your favorite hot drink?
Tea. Tea for days. Tea for years. Tea for forever.

I am a pescatarian and I also eat eggs and yogurt on occasion. I try to eat animal protein sources only 1-2 times per week. I'm slowly eating less and less animal products with hopes of one day eating none.. but I love fish and seafood so much. It's gonna be a slow process. I mainly get my protein from quinoa, beans and legumes. But really with my high intake of fruits, vegetables and grains I am getting plenty of protein without consuming any animal protein sources.
Q is for Quaker: How do you like your oats?
Granolaaaa! Homemade is the best. Try using coconut oil as your binding oil, gives everything such a sweeter taste.
During the summer I'm all about Overnight Oats. 1/3 cups rolled oats, 1/3 cups greek yogurt, 1/3 cup almond milk, 1 mashed ripe banana, cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt - let sit overnight and in the morning top with 1-2tbsp. nut butter (sunflower, almond or peanut are my favs) and some sort of crunch like homemade granola. It's easy and filling.
During the winter I like my oats hot with a banana stirred in during cooking and then topped with toasted walnuts, dried cranberries and a dash of almond milk on top. Maybe a little honey to drizzle also.
R is for roasting: What is your favorite thing to roast?
I could literally live off of roasted vegetables. Brussel sprouts are by far my favorite but I also love carrots, zucchini, eggplant, yellow squash, mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes, sweet potato... the list could go on for ages.
